Browser tests you can re-run.
Not an AI tool. It is the test runner to add so the agent has something to prove the UI still works.

What it is
Playwright is Microsoft's open-source framework for end-to-end browser tests. It drives Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit. It is not an AI model. It is here because vibe-coded apps still need a check that the click path works. AI IDEs can write Playwright tests; Playwright is what runs them.
Playwright is free and open source. You pay only for the CI minutes or machines you run it on.
Why it ranks
- Cross-browser end-to-end tests
- Free and open source
- A concrete check an agent can add to a repo
Watch outs
- Not an AI product. There is no prompt box that replaces a test
- Flaky selectors are still your problem
